Netflix Umbrella Academy
NYC 2019 - VT Pro Design
To celebrate the launch of The Umbrella Academy on Netflix, we designed a 6 minute long animation featuring characters from the show. Using multiple projectors in Bryant Park, the animation appeared nightly on the underside of a giant umbrella in the center of the park. Paired with the projection mapped umbrella was a fun branded photobooth experience that composited guests into a boomerang GIF.
