As an artist who loves being on the cutting ege of technology in the design, animation, and VFX industry, I find it important to always stay up to date in trying new tools. With the rapid explosion in Generative AI tools, there is no shortage of new things to experiment with - video models, open source tools, 3D model generators, ect…

Playing with open source utilities like ComfyUI allows for a bit more understanding of how these AI tools fundamentally work, and hopefully a deeper understanding of how to use them. Below, you will a handful of experiments created using various AI tools (mostly ComfyUI).

Through the many experiments I dare not upload, I have found that although sometimes complex to setup, the image to video, or video to video adapters with controlnets produce the best and most consistent results.
