Sphere - Exosphere Content
Senior Realtime Artist - MSG Sphere 2023-2024
As a Senior Realtime Artist as Sphere, Jordan has had the opportunity to work on some amazing projects for the Exosphere in Las Vegas - Olympic celebrations, the NFL Superbowl, concert annoucements, and many many more. While his main focus was creating content and workflows using realtime technologies, he also developed many visualization utilities for the Sphere Digitwal Twins in Unreal Engine, created project toolkits to support rapid creation of templatized content, and supported concept art and production teams when needed.
The above videos showcase how Jordan’s creation of the Sports Toolkit allowed the quick creation of many different itterations of sports related content. Setting up tools and utilities within Unreal Engine to make look development and rendering easy and fast, developing a realtime workflow that could then be adapted into other projects.
Jordan’s deep undestanding of production workflows allowed him to develop a realtime production pipeline that could not only create high quality spherical content quickly, but also to enhance existing workflows by supplementing key CG elements of projects with faster renders. He also developed many key visualzation toolsets using the Unreal Engine Digital twin that became instrumental in executive, client, and internal reviews. These toolsets included automation of renders from predesignated viewpoints, previsulization of drone capture paths, conversion and visualization of drone show content, and a suite of tools for viewing content on the exosphere while animating or creating.
